Our headcount changed. What now?
For monthly plans, you’ll move to new pricing (up or down) at the beginning of the next month. For annual plans, you’ll either pay in or receive a refund of the pro-rated difference.
Our billing is always simple, transparent and fair. We’ll do right by you.
Can I pay monthly or annually?
Yes! When selecting your plan, you can choose to pay monthly or annually. Annual plans work out a little cheaper than monthly ones, but we seek to cater to different cash flows and needs.
How long is the free trial?
We provide a 14 day free trial, allowing you to get a feel for the platform.
Is switching from my current provider to KarbonPay a big job?
It depends on how much data you have to transfer, but we have good news:
We can manage the whole data transfer process for you – we exist to make your payroll world easier, so it stands to reason we’d sort this out for you too.
Can you help us run payroll if we run into problems?
Our support team is on standby to help you with any problems, technical or otherwise. We’re here to make your payroll process the smoothest it can be.
Does KarbonPay have security controls for Admins?
We do – you can set permission levels as you need within your organization, determining who can see, add or edit information. You can have as many admins at different permissions levels as you want.
You can also add new admins or revoke access any time.
Can KarbonPay submit our local taxes?
In some countries, payroll tax submission is integrated and automated. In other cases, a manual submission is necessary. KarbonPay can take ownership of local tax submission for you as a plan add-on.
